Summary of the facts about the orphanage on Lombok/Indonesia
Angelika, a German sister, and her Turkish husband Özer live in Mataram on Lombok, and they are building an orphanage for about 40 orphans, including a primary school from the first to the sixth grade, all on their own property. Small bungalows for rent are to be added later in order to support the financing of the orphans.
Since we are Muslims, Alhamdulillah, there will of course also be Islam and Quran lectures based on the Sunnah.
Angelika and Özer emigrated to Bali in 2017 and then to Lombok in March 2021.
18 years ago, Özer worked with various Turkish organizations to distribute Kurban-Animals for Eid-ul-Adha in poor countries.
In Bali, they also supported the distribution of animals and meat for Eid-ul-Adha as well as several orphanages.
Özer is originally a contractor/property developer and master scaffolder and helped with the renovation of several orphanages in an advisory capacity.
So far, Özer has collected donations for the Lombok-project in Turkey and among the Turkish-speaking brothers and sisters.
2.220… And they ask you ˹O Prophet˺ concerning orphans. Say, “Improving their condition is best. And if you partner with them, they are bonded with you ˹in faith˺. And Allah knows who intends harm and who intends good. Had Allah willed, He could have made it difficult for you. Surely Allah is Almighty, All-Wise.”
The construction is officially approved and funded by donations.
The orphanage is being built with government approval and is only supported by donations. If no donations are received, the project stands still. So donate now. Every amount counts.
Your donations will not only help the orphans. This also pays the workers for the construction, who in turn can use it to feed their families.
In order to ensure good quality and save costs, even the stones for the construction are made in-house.

I’m looking for brothers and sisters who collect, make the project known, and maybe start something of their own to collect donations. Maybe you would like to organize a bake sale, a flea market, or something similar like that.
I would also be very happy to receive support from brothers who might be involved with mosques and Islamic organizations. Or maybe, if you have a shop, you could, for example, organize campaigns where part of the income goes to the orphanage-school project as a donation.
